CSV export and a full archive at any time, even after cancellation. No forced retention, no reselling: your information only serves to run your business.
Isolation per company
Each company has its own sealed space: one business can never see another’s data. That separation is enforced at the heart of the database, not just in the interface.
Encryption in transit
All communication between your browser and Ordavena is encrypted (TLS). Your documents are stored in private storage, never publicly accessible.
Every access is logged
Viewing, export, sensitive action: everything is traced and viewable in your activity log. You see who did what, and when — including our support interventions.
AI under human control
The assistant prepares, you confirm: no sensitive action runs without your approval. Your data is never used to train an AI model.
GDPR compliant
Right of access, portability and deletion respected. Essential cookies only — no advertising tracking. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available for companies that request it.

Where is my data hosted?
On European infrastructure, with regular backups. The precise details (host, region) are shared at signup and documented in our privacy policy.
What happens if I stop using Ordavena?
You export all your data (CSV + full archive) before leaving. Nothing is held hostage: the way out is as simple as the way in.
Do your subprocessors have access to my data?
Only the strictly necessary providers (hosting, email sending) are involved, contractually framed and listed in our privacy policy.
Can my accountant have access without seeing everything?
Yes. You give them dedicated read access to the scope they need — they view and export, without being able to modify or see what isn’t their concern.
